iPod + Phone = iPhone
June 29th Apple released the new music player iPhone. After a long time waiting, people camped outside of stores 2 or 3 days to make sure that they do get an iPhone! Was the wait all worth it? Others may think "iPhone" what happened to iPod? Well iPhone is an iPod, but it also has a phone/PDA in it. New slim sleek sharp futuristic look that plays music, movies and more. With this amazing product, you can not only store music and video files, but also your contactsm, email, appointments, photos, and manage your iTunes account. You can also recieve phone calls on it... This 4.8 ounces device, you can have it all. The iPhone touch screen provides the user a great conviniece access to all the features without a click of a button. The screen changes the direction based on the way you are holding your phone (side ways or upwards).
iPhone - Phone:
You can use the phone by either dialing the number from the touch screen keyboard or by a smart find in you contact list, call log, or favorite list. You contact list can be syncronized from your PC or Mac, you can either add it directly on the iPhone or on the computer and you will end having in it on both. The voicemail features is also so cool. Your voicemail becomes like email. You can pick and choose which ones you want to listen to in the order that you want. It is even called VISUAL VOICEMAIL!!!
iPhone - Internet & Email:
iPhone provides instant connection to your email. You can use iPhone to check your POP, IMAP and other mail services. You can send and recieve email messages in text, rtf, and HTML formats. That way you can see the pictures inline with the text. Also, links in emails are hyper links that you can click on to browse. Phone numbers as well are links to dial the numbers.
iPhone is also powered by a Safari web browser that give you access to your favorite websites. You can zoom in and out the text just by moving or tapping your fingers on the touch screen... really really cool...
Also, do you just love youTube.com or what. iPhone is the first wireless device that comes equiped with a youTube player. You can search and play youTube videos direct from a contained software that comes by default with your new iPhone.
iPhone - iPod:
iPhone works just like an iPod with some cool extra features. One of the cool feature is searching through your albums. The albums show on the screen as CD cases (very cool visual design). You flip throughout the CDs and then you can click on the one you want to hear to play it. More over, you can play moveis on the nice widescreen. You can zoom in and out as you want.
